iiNet now offers multiline VoIP accounts designed for small and medium businesses. Multiline VoIP has the power to drastically change the cost and effectiveness of SOHO, Small and Medium business. It offers lower call costs, more efficient networking and access to new applications which have until now been available only to large businesses.
Multiline VoIP can be integrated with internet telephony services or replace traditional phone systems and is available to iiNet business broadband plan customers wanting between 3 and 10 lines. Customers requiring more than 10 lines can apply by contacting businessteam@iinet.net.au

Multiline VoIP pricing is charged per line:

If you do require a block of numbers in sequential range, e.g. 02 9318 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003 etc we can arrange this on blocks of 10 VoIP numbers, at no extra cost.

Existing business broadband customers can add multiline VoIP to their account by logging into Toolbox , selecting the broadband account they wish to add multiline VoIP too, and then selecting 'add VoIP'.
Note: This service is only available on current iiNet Business DSL accounts and is not available on iiNet home broadband or Naked DSL plans.
